Our pre-workout contains caffeine derived from natural sources such as yerba mate, green coffee bean, and green tea. Caffeine content varies by flavor: reimagined Lemon Berry and Strawberry Mango contain 70mg per serving; Classic Passionfruit Guava contains 150mg per serving.

Most people are lacking various micro and macronutrients in their diets due to factory farming and degradation of the soil. Supplementation is an easy way to ensure you are getting the proper amount of nutrients every day.

Many popular supplement companies have tarnished the reputation of the whole industry by using sketchy marketing practices, unlisted ingredients, and creating products with unhealthy side-effects. This is why we use superfoods, sprouts, and adaptogens sourced from organic, eco-friendly farms. Health is our priority and we will never use any ingredients that could have harmful effects.

When taking our Organic Health and Fitness Supplements, you should notice a few changes in your body within the first few days. Increased energy from products like our Organic Pre-Workout or Organic Superfood Reds, increased muscle mass from our Organic Vegan Protein, increased stamina and endurance from our Organic Replenisher, overall improved wellness from our nutrient-dense Superfood Greens, as well as recovery and relaxation promoting effects of Superfood Golds.

Organic is a labeling term that indicates that the food or other agricultural product has been produced through approved methods. The organic standards describe the specific requirements that must be verified by a USDA-accredited certifying agent before products can be labeled USDA organic. Overall, organic operations must demonstrate that they are protecting natural resources, conserving biodiversity, and using only approved substances.

Certified Organic Products like ours contain at least 95% certified organic ingredients. Products that say made with organic ingredients may only contain a few organic ingredients.
